This is a list of common Lithuanian dishes found on a national level.
- Šaltibarščiai – cold soup made with beetroot, cucumber, dill, green onion and kefir
- Balta mišrainė – made with boiled potatoes and carrots, green peas, pickled cucumbers and hard-boiled eggs, dressed with mayonnaise
- Silkė pataluose – composed of layers of boiled potatoes and carrots, herring, onion, beetroot and mayonnaise
