Jacek Kędzior (born 15 June 1969) is a Polish lawyer, licensed tax advisor and business executive. He has served as EY’s Europe Central Managing Partner since July 2025 and as Country Managing Partner for Poland since January 2014.[1][2] His regional remit covers 33 countries following EY’s 2025 operating-model change.[3]

Early life and education

Jacek Kędzior graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University in 1994 and qualified as a Polish tax advisor in 1998.[4] He later participated in executive and academic programmes at the University of Edinburgh, the Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C., and the University of Antwerp. In 2007 he completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School, University of Navarra.[5]

Jacek Kędzior began his career in the professional services industry in the 1990s, first at Arthur Andersen and subsequently at Ernst & Young (rebranded as EY in 2013).[6] As a tax advisor he worked on advisory and controversy matters, including representation before tax authorities and before Poland’s Supreme Administrative Court.[7]

From 2007 to 2013 he headed EY’s Tax practice in Poland.[8] In January 2014 he became Country Managing Partner for EY Poland, succeeding Duleep Aluwihare.[9][10][11][12]

Between 2014 and 2018 he served as Regional Managing Partner for Central and South-East Europe; from 2018 to 2025 he was Managing Partner for the Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe & Central Asia region (EY CESA), covering 29 countries.[13] Following EY’s 2025 operating-model change he became Managing Partner for the newly formed Europe Central region, comprising 33 countries.[14][15]

He has commented publicly on entrepreneurship, competitiveness and investment trends in Poland and Europe, including during the EY Entrepreneur of the Year programme and in interviews for the business press.[16][17][18][19]

Kędzior has supported social and educational initiatives in Poland through the EY Foundation, which assists foster families.[20] Since 2015 he has been a member of the Programme Council of the Business Leaders’ Foundation (Fundacja Liderek Biznesu).[21]
