This article does not have enough information to be encyclopedic, with no candidates identified, and so is too soon. There is also a draft, which has somewhat more information but is still not ready for mainspace. This article should be deleted rather than draftified, and the draft should be left in draft space. - Delete There is not much of anything on this page, if there is more stuff, Like the Washington one, I think it could be justify the article existence. But now, not ready for it to be in article space.
