Per WP:GNG, WP:NEO, WP:SCIRS/WP:MEDRS, and previous discussions such as apothisexuality, noetisexuality, caligosexual, orchidsexual, and fraysexuality.
In the apothisexuality AFD, there was a local consensus that asexuality is at least a WP:SCIRS/WP:MEDRS-adjacent topic. However, none of the sources used for this article fall into this category:
- Three articles on pop culture websites
- Two WP:SPS blogs on Medium and Tumblr
- A life advice book on asexuality which provides a brief definition of “cupiosexuality”
- Two websites which don’t use the term “cupiosexuality”, constituting WP:OR
