*:every link that is given in the article is published by well known and most famous news portals, and UP Bangladesh is a well established political platform that will apply to become a full fledged political party with a symbol. so the article should not be deleted, rather it should be published in all the available languages. - UP Bangladesh (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) – (View log | edits since nomination)
- (Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL)
Only 2 of all cited sources cover the topic, which are also only launch coverage, perhaps WP:TOOSOON. Fails WP:NORG. 🪶-TΛNBIRUZZΛMΛN (💬) 20:50, 7 October 2025 (UTC)
- Note: This discussion has been included in the deletion sorting lists for the following topics: Organizations, Politics, and Bangladesh. 🪶-TΛNBIRUZZΛMΛN (💬) 20:50, 7 October 2025 (UTC)
- Delete – It is not even an established political party. Svartner (talk) 21:26, 7 October 2025 (UTC)
- Political organizations don’t need to be established parties to be notable. The encyclopedia is full of non-party organizations: in American politics we have hundreds of them. We also already have an article on the political group from which UP Bangladesh arose. Dan Leonard (talk • contribs) 22:07, 7 October 2025 (UTC)
- Merge to
Jatiya Nagorik Committee or one of National Citizen Party §§ Establishment, Affiliated organisations, and Controversies: it certainly got press at the time of formation and was noted for being a faction that contained former leadership from both groups. I think its only notability issue is a lack of lasting coverage, so merging toa parent party’s articlefor now seems like the best option. I don’t have any fluency in Bengali, so if other editors find lasting non-English coverage I’d consider keeping. However, they seem to average only a dozen or so views on their YouTube videos so I’m not sure they’re major enough for notability. Dan Leonard (talk • contribs) 22:03, 7 October 2025 (UTC)- Slightly wrong. Merging to one of those article will not be a good idea, as they launched as an independent party, and, acconding to sources this party launced by people some from Jatiya Nagorik Committee (former) and some from Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir (former), by your rational it can also be merge to the second article too, But those party aren’t involed with the discussion topic’s party. I personally (as a Bengali Native speaker) searched about it, but all I got is only the coverage about the launch. And if you see closely to those sources, you may notice the coverage are for July Revolution (Bangladesh) (!WP:NSUSTAINED). 🪶-TΛNBIRUZZΛMΛN (💬) 22:50, 7 October 2025 (UTC)
- Yes, I understand that they’re different organizations, but for a seven-sentence-long article, a merge is a relatively minor addition to the target. Would also support July Revolution (Bangladesh) as a target. Dan Leonard (talk • contribs) 23:27, 7 October 2025 (UTC)

- Delete: A large number of political parties were formed after the July Revolution; however, the only notable party is the NCP. Most of the other parties lack organization, registration, and even an office. Up Bangladesh falls into the same category. It has not received significant coverage to date, only minor press-release type coverage during its formation.–𝐎𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐬 𝐀𝐥 𝐐𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢 ʕʘ̅͜ʘ̅ʔ 07:51, 8 October 2025 (UTC)
- after NCP UP Bangladesh is the second known and established party(platform for now) that has risen from the july 24 uprising, its has given over 60 metropolitan, zila, upozilla, university committee combined, and in the next application period by Election commission UP Bangladesh will apply to become a full fledged political party with its own symbol. and all the citations are real, so no way this page should be deleted. rather it should written in all the languages that are available in wikipedia. - up bangladesh has a central office and over 60 nationwide committees.and up bangladesh is not a party its a platform, more specific a pressure group.until its registration it would work as a political platform. Tariqul Islam Shourov (talk) 19:07, 9 October 2025 (UTC)
