May Death Never Stop You is a greatest hits album by My Chemical Romance, released on March 25, 2014 by Reprise Records. The album was announced after the band’s 2013 breakup; it contains tracks spanning My Chemical Romance’s four studio albums, featuring both commercially successful singles and fan-favorite songs. The album also includes one new song, “Fake Your Death“, and three demos.

After nearly a year and a half, I am thrilled to finally present this good topic featuring every song on MCR’s greatest hits album May Death Never Stop You. This topic has been a labor of love between me and my incredible partner in crime NegativeMP1, where we took overhauled much of Wikipedia’s coverage of My Chemical Romance’s discography. I would also like to also thank the GA reviewers who dedicated their time towards this achievement: CatchMe, FishLoveHam, Gommeh (x2), Ippantekina, Kyle Peake, LastJabberwocky, MarioSoulTruthFan (x2), Medxvo, MFTP Dan, Nub098765, RedShellMomentum, Riley1012 (x2), and zmbro. Hopefully I didn’t miss anyone!
To pre-emptively address some points: neither Negative nor I believe either of the other two demos currently warrant a stand-alone page, and if either of them ever do then you can rest assured that we will work to complete this topic. Additionally, while the music video of “I Don’t Love You” was included on a bonus DVD which accompanied the deluxe version of the album, it’s not on the tracklist itself and thus isn’t included here. This, however, is my first GT nomination, so do let me know if I’ve made a mistake somewhere! Leafy46 (talk) 18:43, 3 February 2026 (UTC)
- I’m inexperienced in GT nominations, but I suppose I’ll support this. Gommeh (talk! sign!) 18:50, 3 February 2026 (UTC)
- Can’t support for obvious reasons but I’m glad that this is done. Also I will corroborate bit about the other demos/songs not warranting separate articles; “Sorrows” falls short (though it could maybe get there one day) while there’s just flat out nothing out there for “Cubicles”. I can say this very confidently since I ran a lot of source checking when working on the Bullets topic. There are only two notable non-singles from that album, and one doesn’t have a demo here, leaving only “Skylines”. The topic is complete. λ NegativeMP1 19:01, 3 February 2026 (UTC)
- On the presumption that I Don’t Love You doesn’t need to be included (it was a bonus track), fantastic work. Support. It was my pleasure to review Skylines. I hope to have as much dedication to Linkin Park‘s Hybrid Theory eventually as you guys have done with not only Bullets, but now this. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a GT made out of a compilation before, this is really cool. On the note of I Don’t Love You, you’re nearing the finish line for The Black Parade too. I eagerly look forward to that! mftp dan oops 20:45, 3 February 2026 (UTC)
- I unfortunately can’t take credit for the idea of making a topic out of a greatest hits record, since the Madonna folks have already done it three separate times. However, it was these topics which gave me confidence that such an idea for a topic would be feasible here! Leafy46 (talk) 23:08, 3 February 2026 (UTC)
- Since you commented on a Black Parade topic: I personally plan to make topics for both the Black Parade and Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge. I hope that these are done by the end of the year, but The Black Parade is a complicated matter with the current anniversary tour. Revenge on the other hand is stable and should be complete in a couple of months. At the end of everything, there should be topics for three of the four studio albums, this topic, and also an overarching “My Chemical Romance studio albums” topic. λ NegativeMP1 00:24, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
