Please submit error reports only for content that is currently or will imminently appear on the Main Page. For general discussions regarding the Main Page, use its talk page.

To report an error in content currently or imminently to appear on Main Page, use the appropriate section below. Reports should contain:

• Where is the error? An exact quotation using {{!xt}} of the text in question helps.
• Offer a correction if possible using {{xt}}.
• References are helpful, especially when reporting an obscure factual or grammatical error.
• Time zones. The Main Page runs on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC, currently 17:49 on 27 November 2025) and is not adjusted to your local time zone.
• Can you resolve the problem yourself? If the error lies primarily in the content of an article linked from the Main Page, fix the problem there before reporting it here. Text on the Main Page generally defers to the articles with bolded links. Upcoming content on the Main Page is usually only protected from editing beginning 24 hours before its scheduled appearance. Before that period, you can be bold and fix any issues yourself.
• Do not use {{edit fully-protected}} on this page, which will not get a faster response. It is unnecessary, because this page is not protected, and causes display problems because this is not a talk page. (See the bottom of this revision for an example.)
• No chit-chat. Lengthy discussions should be moved to a suitable location elsewhere, such as the talk page of the relevant article or project.
• Actual errors only. Failures of subjective criteria such as taste are not errors.
• Respect other editors. Another user wrote the text you want changed, or reported an issue they see in something you wrote. Everyone’s goal should be producing the best Main Page possible. The compressed time frame of the Main Page means sometimes action must be taken before there has been time for everyone to comment. Be civil to fellow users.
• Reports are removed when resolved. Once an error has been addressed or determined not to be an error, or the item has been rotated off the Main Page, the report will be removed from this page. Check the revision history for a record of any discussion or action taken; no archives are kept.

At the end of today’s featured article blurb, the sentence currently reads:

Today’s featured article is a part of a featured topic, so this sentence should be changed to:

(This article is part of a featured topic: Four Freedoms.)

WP:BRINT, please re-pipe “An apartment complex fire” to 2025 Tai Po apartment complex fire instead of routing it through the redirect 2025 Tai Po apartment fire. GreenLipstickLesbian💌🧸 07:15, 27 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

In the DYK that reads … that the owner of more than 2,000 pornographic films is the most prolific filer of copyright lawsuits in the US?, “owner” in this case should probably be replaced/clarified as “copyright owner” or “copyright holder”, since it otherwise it might imply that someone that has 2000 pornographic films in their collection is filing the lawsuits, as colloquially “owner” is usually synonymous with someone who has just bought something, e.g. campervan owner or Jim owns a large collection of DVDs. ~2025-36928-78 (talk) 17:49, 27 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
