Reason: Requesting increase of protection to extended confirmed. This contentious topic, currently restricted to autoconfirmed/confirmed access per WP:BLPCT, is again suffering from repeated disruptive editing by user 2025abcd who has managed to achieve the currently required level and restart activities for which they have in the past been repeatedly warned while editing from a wide range of anonymous IP addresses including this warning to them at 154.159.252.187 and many others that were blocked such as the 154.159.254.xxx range.

In addition, to protect this and many other pages this editor should be blocked as they are at it again despite repeated reverts. (Can’t keep up; likely all of those edits need review). This includes repeated insertion of incorrect facts while ignoring MOS:LEAD, MOS:LEADCITE and other policies, despite many attempts to help this editor via talk pages as well as hidden comments with helpful instructions inserted directly into the Alex Karp article right next to where this editor makes changes.
