It looks to me like there wasn’t much issue during that period, but I am not terribly familiar with the topic area. If so, it seems the semiprotection could just be extended. Reason: According to the restrictions set in place by WP:ARBIPA (as per WP:ECRCASTE), the given page, alongside all of its entries (around 160 separate articles) all have to be indef extended confirmed protected. According to WP:ECRCASTE, all “social groups, explicitly including caste associations and political parties related to India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal” need to be indef extended confirmed page protected.
