Paul McCartney and Wings compilation album released 2025
Wings is a compilation album released in 2025 featuring songs released by Paul McCartney and Wings between 1972 and 1979. The album was released in a 1 CD version and a “deluxe” 2 CD (or 3 LP) version.
Allmusic critic Tim Sendra said of the deluxe version “There have been other Wings collections and they were fine; this double-disc does the best job of capturing all aspects of the band’s career. Anyone wanting to study pop music of the era should make this one of their first stops.”[1] Classic Rock critic Fraser Lewry said of the 1 disc version that it’s “heaven-sent hitsville.”[2]
